A video from our Founders to say thank you for your support & explain some changes to our business.

We are aware that clothing is not a priority at the moment, so Tony & I just wanted to say a personal thank you for all the lovely support we have received…as a small business, I can’t tell you how appreciated it is.

We also want to share some changes we have made that may impact on the speed of your deliveries but will keep us all safe.

We are very fortunate in being a small, close team, so we have been able to organise ourselves to all be home based, including Despatch! This means that we’re able to keep orders going out, but with the following changes:

  • Packing: We have moved from every day to Monday, Wednesday and Friday packing and despatch. We are also only allowing one person at a time to prepare orders. It’s slower and more solitary, but safer and in line with Government guidelines. 
  • Despatch: We already use a drop off service with our local Post Office. We like to keep things local so we’re hoping to continue this, but if we have to move to a courier service this will add an extra day to you receiving your order.
  • Delivery: We are going to be sending everything out 1st class to make up for any lost time, but please note that Royal Mail is not guaranteeing any Next Day services. International orders are still being accepted, but again please expect some delays with longer queues in Customs and with local delivery services.
  • Tailor Your Tee Service: We are suspending our Tailor Your Tee service. While working from home machinery and white t-shirts are not child friendly!

These changes will help us maximise sanitising and minimise contact. So we hope you’ll bear with us and we’ll certainly try to keep things running as smoothly as possible. So we have everything ready to go, even if it's not quite business as normal!

We are also donating 5% of the cost of every t-shirt to the Community Foundation. The Community Foundation is a local organisation currently running the Coronavirus Response & Recovery Fund to support local charities working with communities in need within Tyne & Wear and Northumberland.
