I have had severe eczema since I was small so thinking organic, natural products is just second nature to me. But gone are the unscented lards I endured growing up. Thanks to companies such as The Organic Pharmacy, I am now surrounded by a glorious choice of fragrance and beautiful organic products.

We were particularly delighted, therefore, to be approached by The Organic Pharmacy to produce their in store t-shirts. Apart from being my personal beauty haven their approach absolutely endorsed their credibility. How reassuring to know that down to their uniforms they uphold their ethical foundations.

The Organic Pharmacy was founded by Margo Marrone. As a trained pharmacist Margo became aware of the shocking amount of toxins and residual pesticides left in many of our daily products. Concern for this led to a specialism in herbal medicines and homeopathy. In 2002 the first Organic Pharmacy store was launched on the Kings Road in London with their own products made just down the road. Today all The Organic Pharmacy products continue to be made in the UK with stores all over the world.

The reason The Organic Pharmacy approached us was because all our organic cotton t-shirts are GOTS certified which is a sign of quality as well as environmental accreditation. Due to the quality of our t-shirts we promise exceptional durability, but will they meet the demands of a uniform - all that washing and daily abuse! We certainly expect so as we've used the expertise of our partners organic childrenswear brand Fred's World. A brand with a long heritage in organic quality and daily assault by kids and mums!

So we're really looking forward to the feedback about The Organic Pharmacy t-shirts over the next few months. We will report back but in the meantime do pay them a visit on-line or even better pop in if you have an Organic Pharmacy store near you. You'll love them - and we'd love some pictures!
