    We take great care with our t-shirts and pay the same attention to delivery. We use Royal Mail and all our orders are sent out wrapped in simple, but beautiful bio-degradable packaging. We want your organic cotton t-shirt to feel special as soon as it arrives! You can read more about our packaging here.

    We only charge the actual cost of postage on all UK and International orders. No extra charge is made for packing. We offer FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES on all UK orders. Sadly we are not able to offer free return postage for International orders, but wherever you are in the world exchange postage is free.

    All orders over £100 have free 1st Class postage.

    Where do you deliver?

    We offer UK and International delivery throughout the world including the United States Of America.

    How much is delivery?

    UK orders over £100 have FREE 1ST CLASS POSTAGE. Our normal delivery times and charges are as follows: PLEASE NOTE THAT ROYAL MAIL ARE NOT ABLE TO GUARANTEE THESE TIMINGS DURING THE CURRENT CRISIS.

    * Overseas postage for over 5 t-shirts will be automatically calculated & displayed.

    Note for International orders: If your order is being posted outside Europe, you may have to pay additional import duties, taxes or custom clearance charges levied by your country. This is particularly likely for higher value orders. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so we strongly recommend that you check your local customs regulations before placing your order - we would hate you to have any nasty surprises.

    EU Deliveries: The White T-shirt Co are covering VAT costs. However, please note that orders from some EU countries may now incur additional duties and local customs charges. Any such charges will be your responsibility and will need to be paid before your order is released from customs, so do please check these before ordering.

    How long does it take for you to post my t-shirt?

    We try to despatch your t-shirt(s) within a day. Next day orders received Mon-Fri will be despatched the same day as long as your order is received by 12 Noon.

    If you are using our Tailor Your Tee service please allow 2-3 days for alterations.

    Do I need to be in to receive my t-shirt?

    We have chosen to use more environmentally friendly cardboard for our packing which unfortunately will not go through a letterbox. If you're not going to be at home you can let us know if we need to delay sending your t-shirt or you can select a different address, such as a work address. Please note we use Royal Mail so we are unable to pass on any specific delivery instructions to your postman!

    Do you offer a gift service?

    Yes. Just let us know if your order is to be sent to someone else during check out.

    All our t-shirts are sent beautifully wrapped but please feel free to let us know if you'd like to include a special gift message. Just send what you would like to say with your order number to and we'll include your message free of charge. 

    Your gift recipient can of course return or exchange their t-shirt but any refund would have to be made to the original payees debit, credit or PayPal account.

    All our t-shirts and orders are made ready for you with care and attention. Sometimes though we realise that your t-shirt or order may not be quite right. The following answers will help with any questions about returning or exchanging your t-shirt. If you are still unsure please contact us or telephone us on 0191 258 2139 and we'll be happy to help with any queries.


    What is your Exchange and Return Policy?

    We will always be sorry if your t-shirt is not quite right for you but as long as your t-shirt is returned to us within 30 days, in its original condition and original packing, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. Under Distance Selling Regulations you also have a right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your purchase. Please notify us in writing within the seven days that you wish to cancel your full order and that you intend to return the t-shirt(s) and we will offer you a full refund including the original postage and packing charge as soon as goods are received back.

     - Please note we are not able to accept returns for our Tailor Your Tee service 

    We offer FREE UK RETURNS POSTAGE but, unfortunately, we are not able to extend this to any overseas orders. We only charge the actual postage cost when we first post your t-shirt(s) and we do not charge additional postage on any orders if you would like to exchange your t-shirt.

    If your exchange order is more expensive we will contact you to take any additional payment as we do not hold customers card details. 

    How do I return my t-shirt for an exchange or refund?

    For UK orders you will find a FREE POST RETURN label as part of your despatch note. Please complete the exchange/return form and return with your t-shirt(s) in their original box.

    For overseas orders you will find a returns label as part of your despatch note but please note that you are responsible for return postage. Please complete the exchange/return form and return with your unworn t-shirt(s) in their original box. 

    Please note that we are not responsible for returned orders until they arrive back with us. Please make sure that your return is insured against getting lost in the post by obtaining Proof of Postage from the Post Office.

    I have a Gift Voucher/E-Gift Voucher can I still return my t-shirt?

    If you find your t-shirt is not suitable you can exchange in the normal way using the Free Post Label provided.

    If your exchange is still not right for you your t-shirt can be returned for a refund, but the refund will be applied to the card or payment method of the person who bought your voucher for you.

    How long does an exchange or refund take?

    We will let you know that we have received your returned t-shirt(s) and we aim to process all exchanges and refunds within 4 working days from receipt. You will receive notification from us that we have received your returned t-shirt(s) and that we have processed your exchange or refund.

    If you paid by PayPal: You will receive confirmation from PayPal and ourselves that your refund has been processed and funds returned to your account.

    If you paid by Card: You will receive a refund notification from ourselves. Individual banks vary, but you should expect to see the refund in your bank account 3-4 working days after our refund notification.

    Please note that in line with our environmental policy, where possible, we will re-use your original box to return your t-shirt(s). This means that the box may look a little re-cycled but your t-shirt will still be as beautiful as your original on the inside!
